Appraising in Delaware, the Blog...

I was looking at the net and doing a Delaware Real Estate search and came across a neat article from the San Francisco Chronicle. click here  The story talks about several people from various parts of the country who felt the need to move away from the small towns they grew up in. Each of these Americans decided to return to their hometown to buy property.

One of the people, Tricia Dieringer of Lewes talks about why she purchased a home in the Rehoboth area.  Tricia like many people, loves the feel of her hometown and that makes it a perfect match for a retirement/second home.

Right now is a great time to buy that retirement property.  In the Sussex County area, deals are everywhere.  Go out this weekend, enjoy Sea Witch in Rehoboth and make sure to check out the properties for sale.  You may be suprised.
